Affinity Energy offers three support plans.
Silver: The entry-level support plan, including our minimum recommended support elements to protect your SCADA investment.
Gold: This plan further reduces system disruptions and downtime by including streamlined field support dispatch and replacing of failed or suspect parts. This plan is a good fit for owners who prefer a fixed budget, since additional costs due to T&M related services and parts is minimized.
Platinum: The ultimate support plan. This plan further increases the availability and reliability of a system by including remote monitoring and administration of your SCADA system, both useful features for owners with limited IT resources, or who prefer a single point of accountability.
All support plan customers also receive the following benefits:
- Priority – You receive the highest priority when allocating resources, and a customized routing within our technical support phone system.
- Discounts on additional services – Save money on the purchase of additional services.
- Ticketing system access – Request and track the status of issues using an online system.
- Online file hosting service – All relevant system documents will be stored on a dedicated and secure web file host.
